  • If you are searching for items that is/are only available in Korea, we will get it for you! Please fill out this form at here. We will get back to you within 72 hours on a working day with price quotation. You name it, we will try our best to find it and satisfy all our beloved customers’ requests.
  • Due to high demand, we will re-stock some of our products in back order category and special request section. Please add your details to the restock tab if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site, or you may fill out the special request form here.
  • During high-traffic periods, there may be a small delay in delivery of confirmation emails. If you have not received an email after 1 hour, please check your junk mail folder. If you think you entered an incorrect email, please contact us here with your order number and last name and we will re-send your confirmation.
  • We apologise for in event an item received is a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team here by taking a snapshot of the

  • Seoul In Love makes every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on our Web site,as accurately as possible. However, colours shown may deviate slightly on different screens as different tech devices have different colour resolutions. As such, colours may be portrayed with slight differences to the human eye (and under different lighting). Please note that there will be no colour changes unless the piece originally purchased is no longer in stock.

  • All Returns have to be mailed back within 8 working days from the date parcel was delivered. Customers shall bear full responsibility in ensuring items mailed back are packed and secured properly in the original packaging. Kindly mail the item back to us via Registered Mail/ Courier and retain the receipt/tracking number until you have received a confirmation from us regarding the receipt of your parcel. Seoul In Love will not be liable for any loss Normal Mail.


  • We will exchange the defective/ faulty for the same item if in stock or a full credit note will issued. Exchanges for another item is applicable and any additional cost on top of the item in question will have to be paid by the customer and balances will be credited as a credit note for future purchases. However,In the event that the package is returned to us due to the customer's error in indicating the incorrect and/or insufficient address, a re-delivery fee would be charged and be payable by the customer. Exchanges will only be done for an item(s) in its original condition(tag intact, unworn, unwashed and unaltered). Exchanges for articles which do not meet all four conditions will be duly declined.

  • Seoul In Love will reimburse registered postage for defected / wrong item(s) sent. Seoul In Love will not be liable should you purchase our merchandise from any third party. We will not accede to any request for exchange. We do not provide Cash Refunds for Returns. All sales items are non exchange/refundable.

 

  • Due to limited quantity, our designs do get sold out rather fast. So you need to be quick and grab it before someone else does.

  • However, if the item out of stock, You may also request for backorder here if is not shown on the Backorder listing.

  • Estimated date of arrival for the backorder items are stated at the product's description and are subjected to change. Delays may occur and affected customers will be notified and updated with news of the backorder promptly. Strictly no cancellations or changes are allowed. Seoul In Love reserves the right to cancel any backorders if the response is inadequate.
  • Please note that items in your cart are not secured and may sell out during the process, only and until you have submitted your order successfully, you will secure the items in your cart. All payments are required to be made within 24 hours. Orders will be canceled with or without prior notice if payment is not successfully received during this period. A re-order/back order can be made by requesting here. Do take note that items are based and reserved on first pay first served basis.

  • Once an item is sold out, and payment has already been made for it, we will definitely refund you back for it.  Alternatively, you can keep the money amount as credits, and inform our admin team at sales@seoulinlove.kr. If credits is chosen for sold out item, you will be able to subtract your credits out from your next purchase.

  • Once your order is submitted, we cannot add or remove items from your order. All sales are final and strictly no cancellations or exchanges are allowed once payment has successfully placed. All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case of an item is mis-listed, Seoul In Love reserves the right to refuse to sell the item at the listed price.
  • Once an order has been placed and paid for, the item(s) will be reserved for you and hence we are unable to modify the order items or cancel it.
  • Upon checkout, make sure that you type the correct discount coupon code into the appropriate box at the bottom left of your order and click submit. 

  • If the discount code is not applied at this moment upon checkout, we are not able to revise your grand total amount manually or refund the balance to you. However, you can still use the discount coupon for your subsequent orders.
  • Simply click on Order history on the top right hand corner once logged in, to view the complete listing of all orders you have made online, regardless if you have made payment or not. Click on each individual order details to view the products you have selected, as well as the status of the item at that instant.

  • Processing: You have either ordered but have not made payment, or make payment and is awaiting for verification from our admin team.

  • Processing (CC Received): You have ordered and made payment via credit card transaction and is awaiting for our admin team for verification.

  • Instock - Payment Received : Payment is made and verified. You would have been notified by email that your purchase will be sent out in 2-3 working days.

  • Backorder, Payment received: Payment is made and verified. You have chosen to wait for a sold out item, which has a backorder and our admin team will notify you upon arrival and send out to you / put aside for collection at our stores.

However, as the actual colours you see depends on the resolution of your monitor screen or technology devices, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colours will be exactly the same as the colours of our products. We apologise for that slight difference and we do advise customers to come to store to do direct purchase if unsure.

Customers can make payment for these items in advance and they will be notified when it arrives and we will send out / put aside for collection at our stores accordingly. We also have special request form here, anything you looking for in Korea we can try to get for you!

Go to Personal Details on the top right hand corner, once logged in, to modify your personal details. You can access, update, or change your personal information and communication preferences by signing here to modify your preferences at your discretion.

In addition, you will not miss out our special events like weekly newsletters updates, order tracking, exclusive discounts and special offers.
